I Highly recommend Pass Plus training after passing your driving test.

Pass plus is a way of gaining further experience after successfully passing your driving test. The course allows you to go into new situations under the supervision of a fully qualified Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), who will teach you how to deal with roads such as Motorways, in a safe and friendly environment.
Completing your Pass Plus training course can also get you a substantial discount on your first year of motor insurance (you could save up to £1000!).
I am also registered with Shropshire County Council's subsidised Pass Plus scheme, where the council will pay £30 towards the cost of the course.
The course is made up of six modules, taken over a minimum of six hours driving:
Module 1 - introduction and town driving.
Module 2 - all-weather driving.
Module 3 - out-of-town driving and rural roads.
Module 4 - night driving.
Module 5 - dual carriageways.
Module 6 - motorways.
Complete course: £130
There isn’t a test to pass at the end of the course, but you must reach a satisfactory standard in all six modules before you can receive the Pass Plus diploma from the Driving Standards Agency (DSA).
